How you will make a difference:
As our Global HR Shared Services Manager (HRSM) you will collaborate closely with both the client and internal HR Shared Services teams to effectively manage and address HR-related matters.
- Oversee and manage assigned workers to ensure that key performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met throughout the onboarding process, while providing ongoing support to enhance productivity.
- Uncover and seize opportunities for innovation and improvement within HR processes, optimizing efficiency across our HR Service teams and delivering outstanding service to clients, all while fostering a dynamic culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- Take charge of client escalations, working proactively to resolve concerns by collaborating closely with clients, identifying effective solutions, and building strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular feedback and open communication.
- Oversee the seamless processing of employment contracts, policy documents, and employee handbooks, ensuring they are tailored to meet client needs and comply with all legal requirements with precision and care.
- Offer expert guidance and advisory services on various aspects of country-specific legislation, employee relations issues, and critical projects such as organisational restructuring, workforce reduction strategies, and mergers and acquisitions, ensuring clients receive well-informed support.
- Support clients in navigating complex HR challenges such as employee performance, absence management, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes, offering valuable insights to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
What will give you an advantage:
- A background of international HR experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of global HR practices.
- High level of accountability, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent English language skills – both written and verbal
- A track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects with a high level of expertise.
- A service-oriented mindset, focused on client satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.
- A degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in navigating complex HR issues independently, backed by expertise in local labor laws and processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for meeting tight deadlines.
