The Global HR Operations Sr. Specialist will focus on optimizing and refining HR processes to ensure operational excellence and improve the employee experience within HR operations for LSE. In this role, you’ll collaborate with peers to drive cross-functional efficiency on a global scale and report directly to the Global HR Operations Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and influence the design, development, and implementation of systems and technology with a focus on LS&Co.’s strategic priorities related to DTC
- Oversee daily operations of ServiceNow case management, ensuring efficient case assignment, tracking, and resolution to enhance service delivery and employee satisfaction for LSE
- Collaborate with local teams to implement improved work methodologies in alignment with global processes and standardization
- Conduct data analyses from systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and third-party payroll systems to drive continuous improvement in data quality and integrity
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies
- Project manage and lead change management initiatives for HR projects to drive organizational transformation and efficiency
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic for process improvement and problem-solving with analytical skills resulting in the ability to identify root causes, trends or variances and the ability to propose solutions
- Proficiency in HR data analysis, metrics, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and mentor regional HR teams across multiple locations
- Understanding of local and global labor laws and compliance requirements affecting HR operations
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to varying audiences
- Must be highly organized, capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously, able to prioritize issues appropriately and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Job Requirements:
Formal education: Related degree.
Experience: 3 years in a Human Resource role or similar field
