SUMMER INTERNSHIP 2026 - Global HR operations Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Work model: Hybrid

Location: Krakow

Start date: July, 1st

We are looking for a forward-thinking student or recent graduate to join our Global HR Operations team. You will be at the intersection of people strategy and cutting-edge technology, helping us streamline operations and employee relations, primarily across EMEA, while actively implementing AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate doesn't just use tools; they look for ways to make them smarter.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI capabilities: Use available AI tools to automate ways we work and look for opportunities to enhance AI adoption in Operations & Employee Relations
  • Lifecycle Management: Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding coordination to offboarding documentation.
  • Support ER activities – policies review, data analysis etc.

Skills:

  • AI driven – keen to explore AI technologies in HR with proven track of completed projects/classes
  • Attentive, analytical & problem solving to support performing daily operations
  • Strong English (B2 at least)
  • Curious, proactive and thinking outside-the-box
  • Willing to work in international environment with team members from other People Team organizations
