- Acts as a strategic HR Business Partner for the global MED Operations management team, providing professional HR advisory services and actively drives Operations’ transformation and change process towards
- Operational Excellence and performance Steers global strategic and operational HR decisions related to e.g., recruiting, people development, succession planning, performance management, and job evaluations
- Drives the development and implementation of the HR strategy and assists in organization design changes and workforce assessments
- Lead global HR projects and programs related to the MED Operations organization
- Coach managers in talent and leadership development, managing succession planning processes
- Supports (strategic) workforce planning based on business needs through the HR analytics
- Facilitates the implementation of HR processes and programs with global and regional scope, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities
- Manages interfaces to local HRBMs and central HR functions
- Drives harmonization and standardization of structures and process across all sites
- Holds a relevant academic degree
- Several years of proven local and global experience in HR and plant/shopfloor environment
- Several years of proven experience in leading global projects and programs
- Expert in creating HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement, as well as customizing HR policies and procedures to fit the organization’s vision and culture
- Proven ability to work effectively and lead teams in a global, culturally diverse matrix environment, with strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving and process improvement skills and the capacity to influence, coach and engage at all levels within the organization with a focus on creating innovative HR solutions
- Fluent in English and German
