In dieser Rolle leitest Du als Global Head of Product Market Insights & Revenue Optimization ein globales Team, das durch datengetriebene Analysen, Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Performance- und Umsatzoptimierungen aktiv treibt und die Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios unserer Privatkundenbank mitverantwortet.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du leitest die globale Funktion Product Market Insights & Revenue Optimization

• Du entwickelst und implementierst Strategien zur Optimierung von Umsatzströmen und Produktprofitabilität

• Du analysierst Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab

• Du organisierst die Erstellung von Dashboards, KPI-Modellen und automatisierten Reporting-Strukturen

• Du führst Margenanalysen durch und identifizierst aktiv zusätzliche Umsatzpotenziale

• Du verantwortest Umsatz- und Volumenprognosen sowie den strategischen Planungsprozess

• Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement, Advisory, Sales und Kontrollfunktionen zusammen

• Du präsentierst Ergebnisse transparent gegenüber Senior Management

• Du führst ein internationales Analystenteam und baust regionale Analytics-Hubs auf

Dein Profil

• Du hast ein Masterstudium in Wirtschaft, Analytics, Finance oder einem verwandten Fach

• Du verfügst über mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung in Revenue Management, Sales Analytics oder Financial Strategy, davon mehrere Jahre in einer Führungsrolle

• Du kennst Private-Banking- und Wealth-Management-Produkte

• Du nutzt Analytics-Tools und Financial Modeling souverän

• Du kommunizierst klar, führst souverän durch komplexe Stakeholder-Landschaften und agierst strategisch

• Du hast fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse

Role Overview

As the Global Head of Product Market Insights & Revenue Optimization, you lead a global analytics function that actively drives revenue growth, market insights, competitive benchmarking, and commercial decision-making across the Private Bank product portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

• You lead the global Product Market Insights & Revenue Optimization function

• You define and execute strategies to optimize revenue streams and product profitability

• You analyze market and competitive developments and translate insights into concrete recommendations

• You orchestrate the development of dashboards, KPIs and automated reporting frameworks

• You conduct margin analyses and actively identify revenue opportunities

• You oversee revenue and volume forecasting and multi‑year planning

• You collaborate closely with product managers, advisory specialists, sales steering and control functions

• You present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

• You lead and develop an international analyst team and build regional analytics hubs

Your Profile

• You hold a master’s degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Finance or a related field

• You bring a multi-year experience in revenue management, sales analytics or financial strategy, also in a leadership role

• You understand Private Banking & Wealth Management products in depth

• You apply analytics tools and financial modeling confidently

• You communicate clearly, influence effectively and operate with a strategic mindset

• You have fluent German and English skills
