Job Description
The Global Credit Financing (GCF) within Credit Trading sits within Markets with a global purview. The Global Head of Infrastructure will have a particular focus on private credit portfolio financing opportunities with the goal of growing the business to $10bn.
Job Description:
As an Executive Director for the Global Credit Financing team, you will work closely with clients, which largely include private credit fund, asset managers, and BDCs, to provide financing solutions, secured by the clients' infrastructure assets. You will have the ability to conduct in-depth discussions with clients about their investments, underwriting practices, and overall risk management. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales, origination, and structuring teams to ensure the right structure/terms of the financing.
Job responsibilities

• Report directly to the Global Head of Underwriting for Credit Financing in NY
• Manage risk across Infrastructure financing solutions, which will include assets across the Infra ecosystem (energy, transportation, digital, etc.)
• Opine on structure of financing facilities
• Interface with clients to understand their investments and demonstrate expertise on behalf of JPM
• Think strategically to innovate and grow the business
• Manage a team and develop junior talent
• Partner effectively with Credit Risk and Market Risk

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in infrastructure-related credit risk management, investment banking, or portfolio management, with a strong background in credit risk analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a global team
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Ability to thrive under competitive pressure with an excellent work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze the impact of macro-events on credit portfolios
