As the Global Head of Implementations in Neovest, you will set the strategic vision for our implementation team, ensuring clients experience seamless onboarding and ongoing adoption of our advanced trading solutions. You will work closely with a talented, collaborative group, empowering you to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners. Your leadership will help us deliver on our purpose to make dreams possible for everyone, everywhere, every day. Job responsibilities
- Define and communicate the strategic direction for the Implementation Team, aligning priorities with business objectives.
- Establish, monitor, and report on client and participant SLAs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage service escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Balance client, customer, and stakeholder needs with firm interests, maintaining a strong control framework.
- Build and nurture relationships with operational, technical, and financial stakeholders at Neovest clients.
- Adapt communication style to diverse audiences and encourage inclusive dialogue.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, fostering a welcoming and empowering team culture.
- Lead, coach, and mentor managers and individual contributors to achieve team and individual goals.
- Execute strategic people management initiatives, supporting both business and philanthropic priorities.

- Demonstrated leadership and delegation skills.
- Extensive experience or equivalent expertise in Implementation Management or a relevant domain.

- Ability to quickly learn and articulate Neovest’s solutions and value proposition.
- Sound judgment in responding to challenges and managing client expectations.
