WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Global Head of Cyber Operations for the Global Cyber Area will lead and oversee all operational aspects of the cybersecurity function across the organization. This critical role ensures the effective implementation of cybersecurity strategies, manages global incident response operations, and fosters alignment between the bank’s business goals and cybersecurity posture.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Operational Leadership

Define and execute the operational strategy for the Global Cyber Area.

Oversee daily operations of the cybersecurity function, including risk management, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.

Develop and maintain an operational excellence framework, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and resilience.
Incident Management
-
Lead global cybersecurity incident response operations, coordinating cross-functional teams to mitigate threats and minimize impact.

Establish and optimize processes for rapid detection, escalation, and resolution of security incidents.

Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and disclosure requirements for cybersecurity breaches.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

Act as a key liaison between the cybersecurity team and senior leadership, presenting operational insights and risk assessments.

Foster collaboration with external cybersecurity organizations, vendors, and regulators.

Key Liaison with Global Supply (Technology Team). Ensure proper engagement, collaboration, and coordination in changes, incidents, and general infrastructure operations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of cybersecurity operations.

Ensure consistent documentation of processes, incidents, and compliance-related activities.
Team Development
-
Build and lead a high-performing global cybersecurity operations team.

Drive talent acquisition, retention, and professional development within the Area.

Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
EXPERIENCE
-
Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles in global organizations.

Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and technologies (e.g., SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence platforms, Firewalls , IDPS).

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for global banking (e.g., GDPR, FFIEC, NIST, ISO 27001).
EDUCATION
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of leading diverse, global teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex cybersecurity issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate cybersecurity challenges into actionable business solutions.
