Main responsibilities:

We are seeking a thought leader & subject matter expert to spearhead the global healthcare professional (HCP) engagement strategy for Essentiale, the #1 OTC liver care brand. This pivotal role involves building the strategy, go-to-market models, and brand marketing to healthcare professionals – End to End. By focusing on HCP-centric strategies, you will shape Essentiale into a trailblazer in healthcare engagement, communications partnerships, and relationship management.

HCP Strategy and Commercialization:

  • Build the HCP Business Model: Define the source of growth driven by HCPs within the E2E consumer journey, their role, and their contribution to overall business objectives for Essentiale.

  • Design the HCP Archetypes: Integrate deep HCP and consumer insights to design HCP profiles and personas driving maximum endorsement.

  • Develop the Strategy: With clear customer segmentation, prioritization, go-to-market design, and content that builds HCP advocacy, ultimately driving conversion, market share, and return on investment.

  • Orchestrate the Activation: With local teams, craft a comprehensive, omni-channel engagement plan with relevant content across the funnel that resonates deeply with their needs and preferences.

  • Build Measurement Frameworks: Enable tracking of KPIs across the orchestration to evaluate success and conversion.

  • HCP Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain cohesive messaging and enhance brand accessibility. Partner with regional HCP sales teams to align marketing efforts and provide necessary tools and training. Cultivate strong partnerships with HCP stakeholders for harmonized medical and scientific engagement.

  • Data-Driven Organization & Innovation: Use advanced analytics to measure content efficacy and optimize engagement strategies. Analyze market trends, assess brand performance, and benchmark against competitors. Lead launch strategies for innovation projects.

  • Relationship Building and Ethics: Develop HCP stakeholder partnership plans with Public Affairs and Science Hub. Stay updated on industry trends and uphold high ethical standards. Participate in networking activities to enhance brand visibility.

  • Key Working Relationships: Cross-functional partners, regional and global stakeholders, and external agency partners.

About you

  • Experience: Proven business leader with an excellent track record (at least 10 years of HCP/science marketing experience, preferably in consumer healthcare). Extensive experience and strong track record in strategic and operational HCP marketing, including insight generation and activation. Experience delivering across different go-to-market models—FTF teams vs. MCE channels vs. hybrid designs. Proficiency in driving endorsement and advocacy of pharmacists.

  • Soft and technical skills: Strategic and analytical thinking, creativity and problem-solving, strong commercial skills, performance-driven, mental agility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances, leadership leads others; drives performance through others

  • Education: Business or Marketing degree; an MBA is a plus.
