Job Description
Join our professional and hospitality team in the global quality and food safety department of JDE Peet’s – where diverse minds unite to learn and thrive. As Global HACCP Leader, immerse yourself in food safety for all product categories whether retail, professional including the HORECA sector of JDE Peet’s and R&D. Leverage your expertise and people skills to drive success.
Own your impact in our value chain with these key tasks.
- Lead and drive the standardization of HACCP for all product categories across JDE Peet’s.
- Liaise with global and regional food safety specialists on key trends and outcomes from risk assessment for implementation at factory level.
- Continuously improve verification and validation programs for HACCP plans and systems for tracking corrective actions.
- Manage KPIs that contribute to overall sustainability targets of JDE Peet’s.
- Be the key central contact for HORECA related food safety programs.

Qualifications
We're on the lookout for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple stakeholder perspectives with ease. If you have a background in food science, technology, or nutrition, and a solid experience of implementing HACCP, we want to hear from you! Ideally, you've got at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
We can give you a list of “must haves”, however that’s not how we view your candidacy. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with HACCP and managing food safety risks but ultimately we look at the bigger picture. But to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role, we’ll share our “nice to have” list with you:
- Ability to plan, set & manage own work aligned with expectations and needs.
- Previous experience implementing HACCP as a factory lead or at corporate level at a multinational
- 3rd party auditing qualification
- Sound knowledge of food borne pathogens and chemical hazards.
