This is a Hybrid role in Barcelona in office one day per week
Who we're looking for:
We're looking for a performance marketer to join our growth marketing team. You'll primarily be responsible paid search marketing efforts and new channel testing. This role will be tasked with growing new customers on both sides of our marketplace. Ideally, you'll also have experience with social app advertising, global campaign localization and supporting other growth marketing initiatives. We’re looking for prior experience with large and sophisticated ad accounts, and experience automating reporting and optimizations through google ads and facebook.

Your Responsibilties:
- Manage multi-million dollar yearly budget and actively run paid search campaigns to increase scale within efficiency targets and monthly budgets
- Responsible for monthly billing and accrual process for SEM, as well as assisting in the forecasting of future performance
- Exploring new partner opportunities and leading current vendor relationships
- Research and lead international SEM growth for both supply and demand sides of our marketplace
- Build, update, and maintain regular reporting for testing and ongoing performance
- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions. Scope of which can be related to keywords, landing pages, ad copy, ad distribution, and device
- Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of standard methodologies and strategies in the management of online paid media
- Collaborate and support/assist team members to optimize their performance, sharing performance reporting and other creative and website resources
- Produce competitor insights, plan and execute campaigns, and communicate lessons to senior leadership
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, statistics or similar analytical field of study.
- Minimum 3 years (5+ years preferred) of experience in running large scale paid search & paid social ad accounts. (i.e.: experience in automating bidding, scaling keyword coverage, optimizing account structure, as well as templated ad and landing page testing)
- Experience handling large media budgets and meeting/exceeding monthly goals for spend, revenue, customer acquisition, and other key performance metrics.
- Experience with responsibilities such as regular reporting, collaborative and thoughtful planning, performance management, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated sophisticated analytical skills, and very comfortable with spreadsheets and manipulating large data sets.
- Can effectively communicate both written and verbally.
- An eye for details and highly organized.
- Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, creativity and dedication.
- Located in Barcelona
Your Bonus Skills:
- Familiar with SQL and experience querying data tables and joining sets of data from different sources. Other database management experience is a strong plus.
- Experience leading agency and vendor relationships.
- Experience and proficiency with Google Analytics and/or other website analytics suites.
- The ability to set up APIs or write scripts in order to automate tasks and reporting.
