The Record to Report Department, often abbreviated as R2R department provides financial services for more than 130 affiliates in the EMEA region. Our main areas covered are: General Ledger Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury and Accounts Receivable. The department is constantly expanding since our main goal is to perform end-to-end accounting activities in the near future.
As a Global Financial Reporting Analyst, you bring a solid background in Month End Closing (MEC), consolidation, and reporting across functional, divisional, and global levels. Your expertise includes data reconciliation and validation, variance analytics, master data management, accruals management, and producing comprehensive management reports.
The Opportunity:

Ensuring timely, and accurate preparation of activities required for the divisional and Group month-end closing

Providing reconciliation between various functional, divisional and Group reporting systems in the areas of Sales, Capex, Monthly Operating expenses etc.

Requesting and journaling manual adjustments to ensure data consistency and accuracy in various divisional reporting systems.

Performing data validation checks supported by extensive variance analysis

Ensuring timely and highly accurate preparation and distribution of relevant management reports as well as maintenance and development of Management information dashboards

Working in close collaboration with other colleagues to ensure alignment across functions and with other RSS Networks Colleagues to drive standardization and harmonization (continuous improvement)

Actively supporting the Business Service lead as connector between eCOE/FEP Network and RSS
Who you are:

You have a University degree in finance or a related field
-
Possessing 3-5 years of experience in global/divisional closing, consolidation, and reporting area with a deep understanding of cost analysis and cost controlling tasks

Proficient in E2E process implementation/governance for efficiency and continuous improvement

Skilled in organizing diverse data into actionable insights

Demonstrating familiarity with SAP ERP Systems and financial reporting tools

Capable of independent work, collaboration across organizations, and possessing strong prioritization and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English with good communication skills
