What to expect
The Global Finance & Business Management Analyst Program provides entry level finance talent with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of the firm, while learning how to produce financial analyses to help drive strategic business decisions; ensuring the company can navigate all types of market environments whilst maintaining a fortress balance sheet. The 2-year program is aimed at aiding overall professional development. It provides Analysts with two 1-year rotations within CIB across various F&BM teams. As part of the Program,
Analysts are provided with everything they need to succeed including technical and professional skills training, mentoring, access to senior leaders and projects.
Potential for early promotion after 2-year tenure (upon graduation) for top performers

Location: Buenos Aires
- BM CFO LATAM: The primary function of the role is to provide support to the CFO to execute the Latin America and Canada (LAC) business agenda and drive strategic priorities. The role involves exposure to the CEO and regular interaction with senior management in the region (LAC). This position plays an important part in driving the regional strategic agenda and the execution of key initiatives.
- Product Control - you will join the Securitized Product Group, based in Buenos Aires. Product Control are an independent T+1 control function ensuring the business is compliant with rules, regulation and standards related to P&L recognition, risk reporting, balance sheet management, capital framework and external reporting.
- Business Management - Global Finance & Business Management works to strategically manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk. By providing information, analysis and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions, teams ensure the company can navigate all types of market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet.
- Controls - Responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of the financial statements and controls over the transaction cycle; performing critical reporting and controls functions for the organization, including legal entity, financial and regulatory and product valuation.
- Digital & Platform Services - Financial Analysis is responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Our Finance Management teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising Technology Managers and peers across Finance & Business Management of risks and opportunities.

- A well-rounded academic background - preferred minimum cumulative GPA of + 8 on a 10-point scale 8not mandatory).
- Pursuing a B.A degree or an expected graduation date between December 2024 and April 2025

- Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organizations / Maximum 2 years of experience as an Analyst
