Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Product Management team to partner with the Business.
As a Product Associate in the Global Fees Product team, you will play a critical role in building applications for more than 11,000 users globally with end-to-end ownership of one or more of the tools in the suite of applications including user experience and functional requirements. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about usability and design. You will have the opportunity to execute product vision in partnership with business and operations stakeholders as well as technology, with a strong focus on automation and usability.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Own/support the product vision, goals and objectives, define requirements, and prioritize delivery in order to maximize the business value of the technology investment
  • Translate the product roadmap in Epics and stories, and drive refinement with technology team
  • Lead end-to-end management and product delivery across the full product lifecycle including research, ideation, prototype, test, build, adopt, and measure in partnership with the global user community, stakeholders, Design, and Technology.
  • Effectively drive agile team toward robust set of delivery milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle.
  • Develop clear documentation of the scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, and other materials as needed to support UX research, design and development
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners across partners in the Business, Technology, Design, Operations, and control functions across lines of business.
  • Embody true "customer-obsession" in identifying and leveraging user data, industry trends, and varying forms of user feedback to shape our design and roadmap.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or program management or business analysis assisting in strategic or transformational change, with 5 years of overall work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Relevant experience in Wealth Management, Digital Banking, or a closely related business required.
  • Experience managing product delivery with varying timelines, priorities and complexities.
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships- with the ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrums).
  • Experience working with Jira and managing boards and plans.
