As a Global Facilitator, you will lead the facilitation and deployment of learning and development programs from the Stryker global curriculum. Your ability to engage and inspire others will be a key piece in making our learning and talent development a success!
Candidates based in the United States are eligible for remote working. However, occasional on-site attendance may be required to support specific business needs associated with the role.

What You Will Do
- Lead the facilitation and deployment of learning and development programs from the Stryker global curriculum
- Support the aligned learning and development needs by delivering, implementing, promoting, and evaluating courses, programs and academies
- Help support needs analysis with leaders to determine the right learning solutions
- Partner with People Development & Design & Delivery Excellence teams to continuously improve Stryker’s global curriculum, online platform, and content based on stakeholder feedback
- Consult with Talent Development Partners, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders on delivery of development programs
- Partner with Talent Development Partners and HR Business Partners to assess development needs, source solutions, collect feedback, and evolve program offerings
- Provide meaningful metrics and data to demonstrate the value of programs, and support ongoing enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
- Minimum of 6 years professional experience in the areas of training, employee development, L&D, talent management or equivalent business experience in a team-based environment
- Experience with leadership development tools, programs, and processes
- Experience with program facilitation, both in-person and virtual
- Experience facilitating development experiences and coaching with managers and leaders of all levels
- Excellent level of English
Preferred qualifications
- Proven experience working in remote teams with a strong focus on developing trusted relationships with the business
- Prior people management experience preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building strong and influential relationships at all levels within an organization; problem solving and proactive service orientation
- Fluency in French or German

- Ireland: €59,000 - €100,000 EUR Annual
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual

- US5: $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
- US10: $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
