The Global Events Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global events strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our brand presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing large-scale events, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to drive engagement and lead generation through innovative event marketing practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a global events strategy that supports the company’s marketing and business objectives.
- Identify key global events and opportunities that align with our target markets and business goals.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all global events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events.
- Ensure seamless event execution by overseeing logistics, vendor management, budget adherence, and on-site event management.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product management, and executive leadership to ensure event alignment with company goals.
- Communicate event strategies, plans, and results to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of events.
- Analyze event performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
Brand Representation:
- Ensure all events reflect the company’s brand values and messaging.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events, representing the company to clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event marketing.
- Introduce innovative ideas and technologies to enhance the attendee experience and event impact.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in event marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale global events.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $123,000 to $153,750 annualized.
We also offer participation in the Company Bonus Program and full benefits. The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
