As our Global Events Manager, you will:
- Own Coveo's global tradeshow strategy, evaluating and managing a portfolio of industry events that support business objectives and demand generation.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of approximately four major global tradeshows per quarter, from sponsorship and logistics to onsite delivery and post-event follow-up.
- Manage the global events budget, event-sourced pipeline targets, and return on investment (ROI) forecasts while measuring performance against business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and clear accountability.
- Partner with Creative and external suppliers to deliver engaging, on-brand booth experiences, including signage, activations, promotional items, and staff apparel.
- Oversee lead capture processes, event documentation, operational standards, and continuous improvements across the global events program.
