This position (part of our Professional Services team) is responsible for qualifying, scoping and closing service opportunities through managing the service delivery and services budget for engagements at customer sites. This position is a senior position requiring an advanced technical skill set and experience gained from numerous Identity Management product implementations. The Engagement Manager is responsible for engagement scoping, interfacing with client project management, and overall service delivery for our customers.
Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated escalations manager can proactively identify at-risk customers and address concerns prior to further escalations
  • Need support for 200 Customers with Forecast 100+ (weighted 70 and above for end of Q2) expected
  • Escalations/Pivot to at Risk customer concerns creates strain on day-to-day operations
  • Field testing this role had significant positive impact on multiple customer escalations
  • Increased volume of FedRAMP customers will require some US based resources
  • anding SailPoint product/service usage to maximize client success and SailPoint revenue growth

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint's differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$97,720 - $139,600 - $181,480
Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
