Job Description:
As an Operations Manager in the F&A department at Procter & Gamble, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading small-scale projects, ensuring operational excellence, and optimizing resources to continuously improve results. You will oversee key processes within the F&A function, manage performance metrics, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations within the F&A function, ensuring operational excellence in the Global Equity Space
- Lead small-scale projects to drive process improvements or implement changes primarily for the International Stock Ownership Plan
- Manage the concierge service for Equity Estates and Transfers
- Optimize resources to continuously improve results over time.
- Manage performance metrics and drive accountability for meeting targets for both ServiceNow Cases, and key operational measures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple markets to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality financial services.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas and best practices.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to F&A operations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing daily operations or leading small-scale projects is preferred but not required.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Passion for continuous improvement and driving results.
