Our Global Equities is part of the Investment Bank (IB) and offers solutions including trade execution, program and special equity trading services, equity-linked services and structuring for new equity-linked issuances, marketing, structuring and trading services on equity-based or fund-based derivatives products, and a wide range of research, sales, execution, clearing, financing, and reporting services. The Delta One desk is part of the Equity Derivatives Group (EDG) and focuses on non-volatility products. Among other instruments, we transact on behalf of customers and JPM accounts in Swaps, ETFs, and futures. Our universe covers indices in EMEA and globally, offering short to long maturities on OTC trades.
Job Summary:
As a Vice President or Executive Director in the Equity Derivatives Group Delta 1 Trading IFT team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your extensive Delta One trading experience and strong mathematical skills for pricing derivative products. You will be part of an IFT team consisting of four traders.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the pricing and execution of client requests for all Delta One products on European indices and single stocks
• Analyze in-scope companies' earnings forecasts and financial situations to forecast dividend amounts
• Generate trade ideas based on quantitative and qualitative analysis and optimize the desk risk profile
• Respond to client requests and price Delta One products (dividend futures, forwards/synthetics, TRS, Cash Close, Rolls, etc.)
• Analyze corporate actions and index-related events
• Trade actively in the inter-dealer broker market
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• You have extensive experience in Delta One trading
• You demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of the equity markets and main equity indices
• You have a proven ability to perform in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• You are equipped with outstanding communication skills for interacting with colleagues, sales forces, and support functions
• You have a strong mathematical background for pricing derivatives products
• You have significant experience in a relevant financial services field, ideally Investment Banking, with immediately transferable skills
• You possess in-depth knowledge of the aforementioned products
