Job Summary:

As a Vice President in Liquidity Product Management within the Electronic Client Solutions (ECS) team, you will help lead the strategy and roadmap for our liquidity products. Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Technology and Quantitative Research to specify, prioritise, and deliver product enhancements.
  • Maintain a deep working knowledge of equities market structure, venue dynamics, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
  • Engage clients and sales teams to explain our routing and liquidity capabilities and gather feedback to inform the roadmap.
  • Ensure adherence with all relevant regulatory, best-execution, and control requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Significant experience in liquidity product management, smart order routing, or electronic execution within equities
  • Deep understanding of equities market structure, venue microstructure, and order routing
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate large execution and routing datasets

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, q/KDB, SQL)
  • Client-facing personality with strong communication skills and commercial awareness

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Direct experience owning or developing a Smart Order Router or internalisation engine
  • Familiarity with existing trading venues across EMEA
  • Understanding of best-execution obligations and equities market-structure regulation
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across technology, quantitative research, trading, legal/compliance, and sales
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
