Global Project Execution Manager__
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and elevate our global engineering function, providing strategic direction and leadership across Engineering Units within Sales and Solutions Global Solutions Centers.
You will drive team growth and capability development, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and process excellence to strengthen our engineering and design expertise.
You will also ensure outstanding project execution, supporting teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations, safety and compliance standards, and business performance goals — on time and within budget.

Position location: Global
This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Business Division.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Shape and lead our engineering and design strategy, verify the design robustness inside and across regions and ensure strong governance and operational excellence while aligning with broader business goals.
Lead and oversee Engineering Leaders and Teams located in different regions.
Drive performance and delivery excellence, setting clear KPIs and supporting teams to achieve results on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Build trusted, long-term customer partnerships, collaborating closely to understand needs, identify opportunities, and co-create innovative solutions.
Strengthen engineering capabilities and ways of working, fostering continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and consistent frameworks across teams.
Lead, coach, and empower diverse teams, creating an inclusive environment where people can grow, contribute, and perform at their best while upholding HSE and integrity standards.
Contribute to the training of Engineering Teams and Service Teams
Proactively manage risks and opportunities, embedding structured review processes that support sustainable growth and informed decision-making.
Qualifications for the role
Deep knowledge of MV/LV systems, System design (Protection and Control, Automation, Auxiliary systems), eHouse solutions and Switchgear engineering processes with experience in EPC engineering business.
Sound knowledge of Data Center applications for Hyperscale and Colocations
Experience of commissioning activities and quality procedures for FAT and SAT.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
