This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
The Global EoSL Program Manager is responsible for leading projects related to End of Support Life (EoSL) activities to ensure successful completion while meeting product scope, timelines, revenue targets, and quality expectations committed to with key partners and stakeholders. The role focuses on Business Unit collaboration to drive lifecycle decision-making, cross-regional coordination, mature product strategy, and KPI performance and Metrics tracking to support business objectives and customer commitments.
How you will make your mark:
Service Lifecycle Management: Conduct proactive and reactive investigations to determine continued product support viability.
Communication and Coordination: Ensure effective information flow across regions and programs.
Supporting Mature Products: Manage support periods after division support period (DSP) and service support period (SSP).
KPIs: Track projects, investigations, revenue impact, and SKUs scheduled for EoSL.
Coordinate across worldwide teams to set SSP and EoSL dates and implement integrated strategies covering business models, mature product support, and technology refresh.
Conduct proactive and reactive investigations and provide lifecycle guidance to product business units and services teams to allow sufficient time for migrations or refreshes.
Engage and align stakeholders to ensure clear communication, documentation, and reporting of project status and outcomes.
Lead EoSL initiatives using subject-matter expertise, perform business analysis, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
Ensure accurate and timely EoSL data reporting and maintain KPI performance standards.
Drive innovation, efficiency, and cross-organizational collaboration.

Familiarity with products and service offerings
Experience with internal business tools and analytics
Knowledge of EoSL policies and mature hardware support
Ability to influence, negotiate, and execute cross-functional strategies
Strong relationship-building skills
Familiarity with service and support functions
Excellent communication and consulting abilities
Ability to drive cross-organization collaboration
Ability to meet defined KPIs and metrics
Deliver accurate, timely lifecycle data and reporting
