The Role:

This highly impactful role at Armis involves bringing enablement and training to the Customer Success organization which includes roles directly interacting with customers and partners. This role will work cross-functionally with the different departments within the organization: Support, Customer Success, Customer Operations, and Quality Assurance & Partner Delivery. Someone in this role will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable forging their own path.

 What you’ll do:

Communication - Craft solid written communications to ensure that stakeholders in projects and learners going through various enablement programs are informed and on-track.

Presenting and Training Delivery - Skillful at public speaking, training, and leading meetings.  Including on stage presentations to audiences up to 400 attendees.

Enablement strategies and initiatives - Build and run needed enablement motions around time sensitive initiatives based on business needs.

Live Training Events - Work with Subject Matter Experts, leadership, and the enablement team to create training agendas, assign speakers, run the event's agenda, survey attendees for success, create proof of knowledge components like exams and provide a read out to leadership on outcomes.

Technical Enablement - Organize technical onboarding and ongoing training for technical roles. Including proof of knowledge components like live demos, exams, live presentations.  Work with Subject Matter Experts to scope, build, and deliver technical training and enablement motions.

Content - Organize training and enablement content using authoring tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia. Content topics include Armis knowledge, sales methodology, tools and systems per role.

Onboarding New Hires - Assist with the Armis Ignite onboarding program for roles under the Customer Success team so new hires hit major learning milestones by their 30th day. 

What we expect:

- 3-5 years experience in enablement (Preferably Customer Success related)

- 3-5 years experience in technical enablement

- Presentation and training skills to live audiences

- Organized and experienced with project tracking systems like Excel, Monday, Asana, and Smartsheets

- Strong leader who works well with others and can gain buy-in from cross-functional teams in order to accomplish goals

- Experience with CMS and LMS

- Experience with authoring tools like Articulate Rise and video editing tools

Salary range guidance for this position is: $130,000-$135,000 per year.
