What you will be doing:
We are looking for a Global Emerging Talent and Development Manager to lead a team and take ownership for designing our enterprise-wide graduate, intern, apprenticeship, HiPo and future pipeline programmes. This leadership role is part of our global emerging talent team and is responsible for the design of our end-to-end leaner journey. You’ll be partnering with our Head Talent Management, Head Office team and Business leaders to ensure fit for purpose programmes focusing on all aspects of the life cycle including programme design, consistency of experience (candidate and business) improvements, efficiencies, and benchmarking.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective global programme design of emerging talent including, work experience, graduate, intern and apprenticeship HiPo and insights programmes, owning frameworks, metrics and compliance
- Ensure the talent programmes deliver business requirements aligned to critical skill need and strategic workforce planning.
- Own the approach for ensuring the business is ready to receive emerging talent individuals including effective line manager and mentor training.
- Ownership and management of central processes, policies, toolkits and other documentation relating to early careers programmes and their implementation/ embedding.
- Responsible for driving an effective programme governance model including managing feedback and programme effectiveness
- Analyse and measure the effectiveness of programmes, implementing data-driven improvements to optimise outcomes and track ROI
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to early career development
- Supporting emerging talent operational managers with the implementation and running of in country programmes driving high quality and consistency.

- Capability in designing, delivering and evaluating talent programmes, interventions and strategies.
- Strong project management and delivery experience
- Experience of launching large scale change / programmes
- Creative ability to translate strategy / requirements into tangible outputs
- Interest in researching and engaging with talent development trends, including delivery methods
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and diversity/inclusion best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, matrix working and influence at all organisational levels.
- Experience in partnering with 3rd parties to enable operational delivery against strategy
- Ability to lead teams, drive change, and advocate for continuous improvement in capability development.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and responding to changing business needs.
