Global EHS EngineerManage and support the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) online training and digital systems. Work with third-party providers and the Global EHS team to ensure training programs are developed, launched, and maintained effectively. Support EHS software tools used for KPI tracking, Observations, Tasks, Programs (OTPs), and dashboards. Strong technical writing and communication skills are required.
About the job:
Manage and maintain EHS online training platforms, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with third-party providers to develop, update, and release training on time.
Track global training completion and effectiveness.
Partner with the Global EHS team to identify training needs and support global initiatives.
Ensure training meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
Support EHS systems for KPIs, Observations, Tasks, and Programs (OTPs).
Monitor and maintain EHS dashboards and performance reports.
Develop clear training materials, procedures, and presentations for a global audience.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Global EHS Engineering.
Knowledge of EHS regulations (LOTO, Machine Guarding, Electrical & Fire Safety, Ergonomics, GHS).
Strong written and verbal English skills.
Proficient in EHS systems, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience working with global or multinational teams.
Knowledge of international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Experience working with external training providers.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Able to work independently and across time zones.
