With E-Commerce set to represent a major piece of all Petfood sales in the near future, Royal Canin is embedding its business in a truly omnichannel landscape. As our Global E-Commerce & Demand Performance Business Analyst, you will stand at the very heart of this transformation with influence and impact. Your mission will be to harmonize performance reporting across 4 global regions, translate complex data into strategic business insights for top executives, and dedicate 30% of your scope to fueling broader commercial and demand growth.
What are we looking for?You bring 5+ years of experience the in Sales, Marketing, or Retail industry, with a proven track record in regional or global Business Analyst roles, ideally centered around E-Commerce.
You are highly analytical with a 'data-first' mindset, holding a degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field, and you possess a strong passion for numbers and strategic data analysis.
You are an outstanding communicator and natural influencer who thrives in a highly autonomous role, capable of guiding regional teams and driving change in a complex global environment.
You are fluent in English and possess excellent project management skills with the ability to step back, view the big picture, and maintain strong business acumen in a matrixed environment.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in Sales Operations or financial planning.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
Orchestrate Global E-Commerce Performance Reporting: You will analyze the current performance measurement processes, benchmark against external best practices, and lead the collection, analysis, and visualization of E-commerce data across 4 global regions. This will involve mapping performance by region, market, channel (e.g., pureplay specialists, marketplaces, quick commerce), and customer.
Drive Strategic E-Commerce Initiatives & Data Alignment: In partnership with the Data & Analytics (D&A) team, you will co-design the global E-commerce analytics strategy, develop short- and long-term Key Performance Indicator (KPI) roadmaps, and improve core business processes (such as Sales & Operations Planning) to better capture E-commerce opportunities.
Deliver Executive Insights & Market Intelligence: You will design high-impact quarterly E-commerce reports for top management, lead quarterly regional alignment calls, collaborate with the Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) team to analyze online market share, and provide tailored performance analyses for priority product portfolios.
Lead Demand Analysis & Act as a Business Consultant: You will own the retail performance dashboards across the Healthy Pets and Veterinary portfolios, manage cross-functional projects (such as portfolio health and innovation tracking), and act as a trusted internal consultant and subject matter expert for regional and local teams.

Skills Required
- 5+ years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Retail with regional or global Business Analyst experience (ideally e-commerce)
