Based in Houston, we are seeking a Director to provide global leadership for the Products business, which includes valve specialty services and fluid power products and services, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction across regions
Job Description:- Lead and develop a high-performing global team with a strong safety, quality, and customer-centric culture
- Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and capital investment.
- Drive product strategy, go-to-market execution, pricing, and profitability optimisation
- Oversee operational performance, cost control, and financial risk management
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Champion HSE standards, incident management, and continuous improvement
- Manage customer and supplier relationships, including dispute resolution
- Support brand development, marketing collateral, and sales enablement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and quality standards
- Provide global leadership and capability development across the valves and fluid power area of the organisation
- Align business objectives with performance management, incentives, and talent development
- Lead quality planning, assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with sales and commercial teams to support growth through insight and reporting
- Manage procurement and capital planning to meet short- and long-term business needs
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and commercial risks
- Engage with regulators and external stakeholders as required
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience within a global valves and fluid power products, services, or industrial business
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management experience
- Demonstrated success in product strategy, go-to-market execution, pricing, and profitability optimisation
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams
- Solid understanding of HSE, quality, and regulatory frameworks in a safety-critical environment
- Track record of driving operational excellence, cost control, and performance improvement
- Ability to translate strategy into clear KPIs, reporting, and actionable insights
