At BDR Thermea Group, we are at the early stages of our digital transformation in the Commercial Business Area. As a Digital Sales & Marketing Tools Specialist, you will play a central role in co-creating tools and processes that support our B2B customers and commercial teams across Europe, from first interaction to long-term service support.
BDR Thermea Group develops smart heating and cooling solutions for homes and commercial buildings, ranging from hotels and schools to apartment complexes and retail spaces. To accelerate our growth, we have established a new global Sales & Marketing team for the commercial business, combining data insights, marketing content and digital tools to increase our commercial sales growth.
This role is all about collaboration and connection. You will work closely with colleagues across Europe to understand local needs, share best practices and ensure our digital tools support the entire customer journey. You’ll act as a connector, aligning local requirements with global priorities, and working side by side with central IT, R&D and other functions to deliver effective solutions.
This is a hybrid role. We value flexibility and collaboration: you're encouraged to spend at least two days per week in our office in Apeldoorn and one day in our Amsterdam hub, while enjoying the support for your home office set-up and travel costs.
Managing and improving our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), quotation tools, configurators and portals.
Partnering with local sales & marketing teams across Europe to collect feedback and drive adoption.
Translating the needs of different customer segments, such as specifiers, property developers, contractors and installers, into clear requirements for tool development and enhancement.
Ensuring digital tools align with the customer journey and deliver measurable commercial impact.
Collaborating closely with our central IT department, R&D and business colleagues to execute on the digital roadmap.
Monitoring data quality and generating actionable insights to support sales and marketing.
Approximately five years of experience in a commercial or digital business environment.
Proven knowledge of CRM systems and digital customer tools.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills: you are able to connect local and global perspectives.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.
For bonus points: Experience in B2B technical industries such as HVAC, Energy or Building Solutions.
