As the Global Digital Governance Office Lead, you will develop and drive adoption of Digital Governance Policies, Guidelines, and Frameworks across external-facing digital engagement initiatives. This role ensures compliance, accelerates speed-to-market for high-value solutions, and acts as a key enabler for digital innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as a global thought leader in digital governance, guiding best practices and developing policies, frameworks, and training programs.
Drive adoption of governance guidelines through awareness sessions and communication campaigns.
Serve as the main point of contact for Digital Governance, orchestrating supporting functions and resolving compliance challenges.
Anticipate business needs and provide proactive governance guidance to local digital governance SPOCs and business owners.
Liaise with global functions (Legal, Privacy, Pharmacovigilance, Information Security) to co-develop solutions and frameworks.
Own and maintain the digital governance repository, ensuring accurate lifecycle management of all digital assets.
Support audits and inspections related to digital engagement assets, ensuring readiness and compliance.
Identify process simplification opportunities and implement improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.
KPI: Increase compliance rate of digital engagement activities and improve operational efficiency across governance processes.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Essential Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or MSc/MA preferred.
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, governance, data intelligence, or general management in digital functions.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
Experience in pharmaceutical sector, preferably in compliance and digital marketing.
Proven track record of managing audits and regulatory inspections.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to make strong decisions balancing compliance and business agility.
Languages: Fluent in English; local language skills preferred.
Essential Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, and ability to drive adoption of governance frameworks.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in global or matrix organizations.
Exposure to digital tools and automation technologies.
