📌 The Global Digital Communications Manager Role 📌

As a Global Digital Communications Manager, you will lead our global marketing communications. You will own digital campaigns, social media, paid media, automation, content creation, and analytics, while managing a junior Social Media Manager.

This is a chance to shape DentalMonitoring’s global brand presence and work in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute global communications and digital strategies
• Lead social media, paid media, email campaigns, automated lead nurturing campaigns and reporting using analytics and automation tools
• Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content in English, using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Manage, mentor, and support a junior Social Media Manager
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and external agencies to ensure cohesive global campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency and quality control across all communications
  

⭐ You will be successful in this role if ⭐

• You have 5+ years experience in marketing, communications, or digital communications, ideally with international/global exposure.
• You are fluent in English (mandatory) — with a proven ability to write, edit, and craft high-quality communications
• You have expertise in social media strategy, paid media, digital campaigns, marketing automation, and analytics
• You have strong editing, content creation, and visual design skills using Canva & Adobe
• You have a working knowledge of marketing automation software suites (Hubspot, Pardot, etc.)
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  

It would be fantastic if

• You have experience in a startup or scale-up environment
• You have a Master's degree and team management experience
• You have worked in MedTech or SaaS companies
