As Global Digital Campaign Manager for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Solutions you will lead and execute global digital marketing campaigns, aimed at enhancing Roche’s presence in the B2C and direct-to-patient healthcare markets. This role will strategically develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing initiatives to achieve significant business impact while ensuring compliance with Roche standards and brand guidelines. This role will report to the Subchapter Lead, Strategy and Context.

The Opportunity:

Campaign Management and Execution:

  • Leadership: Lead key global digital marketing campaigns for all Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) Customer Areas, M&CI Chapters, key regions, and affiliates. Lead the execution of paid digital campaigns with our Global Agency Network partner and oversee the tasks and deliverables centrally.

  • Squad Participation: Participate in Squads in partnership with the M&CI Solution Marketing Team, Affiliates, and external agencies to execute targeted digital campaigns. Tasks include content creation, audience-specific channel selection, digital analytics, social media campaign execution, paid/earned/owned acquisition, and email/nurture marketing.

  • Best Practices: Drive the adoption of campaign best practices across RDS with focus on the CGM solution. Establish a global testing roadmap & cross-market knowledge sharing of digital learnings with the digital marketing launch.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Roche branding, Divisional Standards, Digital Marketing Playbook, and other Roche and departmental processes.

Strategy and Optimization:

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a key contributor in translating high-level digital strategies defined by the overall Digital Marketing Lead into actionable, measurable campaign plans.

  • Strategy Creation: Support the creation and implementation of impactful digital marketing strategies towards targeted audiences, especially in the B2B, B2B2C, B2C and direct-to-patient healthcare markets. An understanding of (digital) mass media tactics is expected.

  • Campaign Execution: Contribute to the strategy and execution of key digital campaigns that have significant business impact.

  • Partnership: Drive campaign strategy and projects in partnership with other M&CI Chapters.

  • Reporting: Create data-driven reports on progress made toward campaign goals and present to internal M&CI, LCT, and affiliate audiences.

  • Metrics Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Create and monitor campaign-specific metrics on a BI dashboard to ensure effectiveness and budget compliance, adjusting tactics according to the performance and the future plans as necessary.

Analytical Insights:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing and sales data using Salesforce reports, Piwik Pro Analytics, the BI dashboard and other tools to develop insights and optimize campaigns. Work with agencies which support centralized media buy, digital campaigns and analytics.

  • Optimization: Develop recommendations on areas for optimization and attribution to ensure campaign success.

Materials Management:

  • Campaign Materials: Manage the creation, development, deployment, and maintenance of key digital campaign materials on-time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with External/Internal/Digital/Events teams when applicable.

  • Support: Support global stakeholders, region and affiliate digital marketing representatives to understand the strategies, tactics and localization. 

Knowledge and Mentorship:

  • Digital Concepts: Fully understand and implement digital campaign concepts, including search engine optimization, programmatic media buying, customer segmentation, paid search, social media management, paid digital media, email marketing, lead generation, lead nurture and website authoring and optimization.

  • Mentorship: Mentor other team members to increase digital expertise, campaign knowledge and capability.

Vendor and Trend Management:

  • Vendor Management: Manage agencies and vendors to deliver quality digital campaigns and manage costs to a defined budget.

  • Compliance: Ensure vendor compliance with all processes and procedures, including legal, procurement, finance, and brand standards.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed of digital campaign trends and competitive strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience in leading and managing digital marketing campaigns, experience within the healthcare or medical device industry is required

  • Proven ability to create and execute impactful digital marketing strategies.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with BI dashboards, Piwik Pro, and other digital marketing tools.

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing software.

  • Experience with Influencer activation, collaboration and campaign execution is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • A strong team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Understanding of SEO best practices and modern digital marketing techniques.

  • Familiarity with Diabetes related topics and Continuous Glucose Monitoring technologies is preferred.
