Job Description

We are seeking a Global Digital Analytics & Insights Manager to join our team and support our Adventure Sports platform that consists of iconic brands - Fox, Bell, Giro, Camelbak. As the Global Digital Analytics & Insights Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth for our brands by leveraging digital and ecommerce channels.

You will act as a consumer-focused thought partner, collaborating closely with Digital Marketing, Merchandising, and Content teams. Your expertise in data analysis and strategic foresight will enable you to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and shape strategies for long-term brand

success.

This position reports to the Global VP Digital & Ecommerce and is based out of our Irvine, CA office.

As the Global Digital Analytics & Insights Manager, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Perform comprehensive analysis of data from websites, ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital campaigns to uncover customer behaviors, sales trends, and content performance.

  • Develop and maintain robust reports and visualizations using tools such as Looker and PowerBI, synthesizing KPIs across traffic, conversion, engagement, and ROI to inform business decisions.

  • Translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights and narratives that guide decision-making at all organizational levels.

  • Lead the implementation and expansion of Google Analytics reporting to enhance visibility into digital performance.

  • Advance the A/B Testing Platform by designing and analyzing experiments that refine strategies, increase conversions, and personalize the customer journey.

  • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and clearly communicate insights across the organization.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, resolve integration issues, and uphold high standards of data hygiene across all platforms.

  • Track and analyze global digital performance metrics—including website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and ROI—using automated reporting tools.

  • Perform advanced analyses of customer behavior, sales trends, and content effectiveness, translating complex findings into actionable, data-driven narratives for stakeholders.

  • Continuously monitor competitive activity and digital industry trends, providing timely market intelligence to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

  • Manage and prioritize ad-hoc analytics requests, delivering tailored insights to support specific business needs for individual brands.

  • Collaborate on the implementation and management of pixels and tags via Google Tag Manager to ensure precise campaign measurement and attribution.

  • Provide actionable insights, market intelligence, and tailored analytics to support business needs, while enabling precise campaign measurement and educating leadership on digital trends.

  • Deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations to optimize digital marketing initiatives, enhance website conversions, and personalize the customer experience.

  • Oversee the configuration, implementation, and optimization of analytics platforms and tag management systems (such as Google Tag Manager) to ensure precise and reliable data collection.

  • Develop and execute a multi-year analytics roadmap, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting frameworks, and methodologies for experimentation.

  • Standardize analytics tools, data collection processes, and reporting best practices across all brands and global markets to ensure consistency and comparability.

  • Lead data governance and quality assurance efforts to maintain the integrity and accuracy of digital data across platforms.

  • Manage a suite of analytics and visualization tools—including GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to support comprehensive measurement and reporting.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership role.

  • Proven experience working across a portfolio of brands or in a global capacity, managing different data sets and stakeholder requirements.

  • Expertise with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

  • Experience with tag management platforms like Google Tag Manager.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

  • Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, PowerBI), statistical techniques, and data visualization.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, performance metrics, and attribution models.

  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership.

  • Strategic thinking to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $112,000.00 - $120,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
