Boomi is searching for a Global Demo Operations Lead to oversee the creation, management, and delivery of high-impact demo content and supporting assets. In this role, you’ll ensure that sales and presales teams are equipped with the materials they need to deliver engaging and effective demonstrations of Boomi’s solutions. You’ll play a critical role in driving alignment across teams and scaling Boomi’s demo capabilities globally.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer-facing assets, such as PowerPoint presentations, demo scripts, and Consensus tracking, to ensure the most up-to-date and on-message demo experiences for our prospects and customers. In addition, you will be supported by our India Center of Excellence, who will work in partnership with you to create the technical Boomi assets required to deliver amazing experiences. You’ll also leverage your knowledge of sales best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure all resources align with customer needs and industry standards.

What You'll Do:

As Global Demo Operations Lead, you will:

  • Content Development and Management

    • Oversee the creation of demo-supporting assets, including PowerPoint presentations, demo scripts, data sheets, and training materials.

    • Define and maintain a centralized library of demo assets to ensure easy access, version control, and alignment with Boomi’s branding and messaging.

    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure demo content meets customer needs and aligns with strategic initiatives.

  • Technical Asset Coordination

    • Partner with offshore teams in India to develop, maintain, and scale technical demo assets, including demo systems, endpoints, and data configurations.

    • Implement a robust process for managing the lifecycle of demo environments, ensuring they remain current and aligned with Boomi’s latest capabilities.

    • Establish clear ownership, documentation, and escalation paths for demo environment maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with offshore teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment between content development and technical execution.

    • Coordinate with global presales, product, and enablement teams to gather feedback and identify gaps in demo-related content.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for demo operations, ensuring all stakeholders have the resources and support they need.

  • Process Optimization and Reporting

    • Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement in demo content creation and technical asset management.

    • Establish reporting mechanisms to track the usage, performance, and impact of demo content and environments.

    • Ensure consistent communication and updates across global teams.

The Experience You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, content development, or demo operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.

    • Proven experience collaborating with offshore teams, particularly in technical development or operations.

    • Familiarity with tools such as Consensus, Navattic, JIRA, Confluence, and Highspot.

    • Knowledge of demo best practices, including frameworks like Great Demo! and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.

    • Strong proficiency in creating and managing content using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Word or Google Docs.

    • Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a global context.

  • Desired Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Boomi’s solutions, including iPaaS and AI orchestration platforms.

    • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

    • Strong technical acumen, with an understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration frameworks.

    • Experience in creating scalable processes for content and technical asset management.

Compensation and Benefits

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $109k-$136k annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. An overview of our benefits can be found here.
