Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily updates of company profiles and product lists, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in distribution, manufacturing, and contract manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily update of pharmaceutical company profiles and product lists on our portal.
• Collect and verify data from official company websites.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entries.
• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the client portal.
• Respond to client queries with well-drafted, clear, and concise communications.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis.
• Provide innovative solutions to client issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Data Management).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturing, and contract manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with client portal management and enhancement.
• Familiarity with data collection and verification processes.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas for improving client interactions and portal functionality.
