We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Business Insights team. As a key member of the Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the Taste organization. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will enable us to make data-driven decisions, drive process improvements, and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting – Collect, extract, and analyze complex datasets; develop regular reports to inform business decisions.
Dashboard & Visualization Development – Design intuitive dashboards and create engaging visualizations using Power BI.
Documentation & Compliance – Maintain technical and end-user documentation; ensure adherence to data security guidelines.
Business Partnership – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
Data Quality & Integrity – Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data sources.
Stakeholder Communication – Present insights and recommendations through reports, presentations, and meetings.
Training & Support – Provide training for new team members and end-user support for dashboards and data requests.
Process Improvement & Metrics – Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and monitor dashboard adoption via KPIs.
Agile Project Management – Drive flexibility, collaboration, and iterative progress; manage scope, risks, and continuous improvement.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Analytics) or related field.
4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Looker.
Experience with programming language SQL is required.
Experience with Snowflake, Atlan and JIRA environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., SFDC), databases, or modern data warehousing tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
What makes you stand out?
Certification in data analytics or business intelligence, with proficiency in Python or R and foundational knowledge of machine learning, statistical analysis, and probability.
Solid understanding of data governance principles and compliance standards to ensure data integrity and security.
Prior experience in the Flavors industry or a related field.
