YOUR ROLE
The Edenred Group's CSR team, at Corporate level, is recruiting a CSR Manager (M/W). She or he will report to the Global ESG & Sustainability Director – Extended Executive Committee Member.
Your main tasks:
Structure and animate the Sustainable Procurement roadmap

Strengthen the Sustainable Procurement strategy with the Global Procurement team

Animate new process and tools to engage suppliers around environmental & social topics
-
Be the CSR representant in all the key tenders and assess suppliers’ performances on CSR
-
Animate our worldwide network on this key topic (100 CSR Correspondents in 45 countries)

Develop trainings for buyers and non-buyers around sustainable procurement
-
Improve golden rules per purchase categories
Lead the “IdealProgress” pillar of Edenred CSR strategy

Accelerate our strategy in terms of sustainable Food & sustainable mobility with the innovation team, share best practices around the world

Bring support to internal network regarding the topics around certification
-
Animate the performance of all the countries around indicators linked to this pillar
-
Contribute to the Universal Registration Document for these topics
Contribute to reporting and extra-financial index

Contribute to CSR reporting and participate in some extra-financial audit campaign or CSR questionnaire of our clients, such as ECOVADIS.

Participate in different institutional CSR contents (annual report, reference document, integrated report, website, collaborative intranet, general meeting)

Build the new Double materiality matrix for the Group
Animate an international network of more than 100 people in 45 countries

Animate the CSR correspondents’ sector in the 45 countries

Build and animate webinars or training within the network of correspondents

Feed ad hoc support for subsidiaries such as local roadmap, support for tenders.
This experience, full of meaning and responsibility, will allow you to use your analytical skills and commitment in an international and dynamic context.
YOUR PROFILE
Graduate of engineering / business school or equivalent university cycle, you have recognized experience in an international context of at least 5 years in managing CSR topics and strategies, with a first experience in sustainable procurement, preferably in a listed company or in a consulting firm.
Your English and French are absolutely fluent, both written and spoken. Fluency in a third language (Portuguese, Spanish) is a plus.
