Job Description:
A decade ago, search disrupted the path to purchase and ignited a global race for page-one visibility. The next disruption is already underway and it’s playing out in social feeds. In this new consumer journey, content drives distribution and share of feed is the new share of shelf/search. To win the social commerce algorithm, brands need content engines capable of producing thousands of assets per month and creator partnerships are the key to doing this successfully.
The Creator Commerce Lead’s primary responsibility is to build a global Mars Commerce Creator Network to drive brand reach and omnichannel sales growth. This proprietary ecosystem will attract the best food and snacking creators in the industry, enabled by a suite of benefits only Mars can offer. Additional responsibilities include developing global best-practices for commerce creator identification, recruitment, development, and retention and innovating new measurement solutions to adequately capture the omnichannel impact of commerce creator activations.
The role sits within the Global Digital Commerce team and will work in close partnership with the frontline regional teams and expert functions spanning Brand & Content, Media, Integrated Intelligence, Digital Technologies, Responsible Marketing and Legal.
