Job Description
As a Subsidiary Banking Analyst based in Hong Kong, you will play a key role in supporting the banking needs of regional treasury centers and subsidiaries of multinational corporates. Working closely with senior bankers, you will help deliver tailored financial solutions, deepen client relationships, and ensure seamless deal execution.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support senior bankers in achieving business goals and structuring banking solutions for subsidiaries of multinational clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of account plans, client presentations, and deal pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end deal execution, demonstrating responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Support the management of KYC onboarding, renewals, and remediation processes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive client and industry analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, financial services, or a client-facing role.
  • Solid understanding of corporate banking products, including KYC, AML, lending, capital markets, payments, trade finance, FX, and commodities hedging.
  • Strong financial analytical skills, with the ability to perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • High standard of personal integrity, partnership, and team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Prior experience working with multinational or subsidiary clients.
  • Experience in cross-cultural environments and inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis or financial modeling.
