Great opportunity for a Vice President to join our growing Switzerland Mid-Cap coverage team
Job Summary:
As a Vice President in the Switzerland Mid-Cap team, you will be responsible for supporting the relationships with public and private companies with revenues of $500 million and above. This group provides traditional corporate banking products as well as investment banking products to its clients. Our business partners include product specialists from Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A, Treasury Services, Corporate Derivatives and Private Banking.

We help clients achieve their long-term strategic goals through financing, liquidity, payments, risk management and investment banking solutions. With a global reach, local expertise and deep sector knowledge, we're able to deliver end-to-end solutions to help our clients in more than 100 markets efficiently run their businesses and fuel their growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities for a broad range of financial products and services
- Support the management of complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary relationship manager
- Coordinate the sales and service efforts of multiple internal business partners
- Proactively cover clients and prospects; represent Global Corporate Banking Mid-Cap in the local banking and business communities and develop a network of referral sources
- Collaborate with credit underwriting team on analysis, structuring, negotiation and documentation of credit requests
- Maintain strategic dialogue with clients and prospects to generate ongoing corporate finance, treasury services and credit opportunities
- Strictly comply with all regulatory and JPMC rules, policies, and procedures
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Relevant experience as a Client / Relationship Manager selling corporate finance or commercial banking products and services, or investment banking / leveraged finance background
- Knowledge of the Swiss Mid-Cap market segment
- Fluency in English and German
- Demonstrate credit, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communications abilities
- Knowledge of credit, corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, and other banking products
- Self-motivated, dependable and strong presence
- Candidate must be a top individual contributor, with a strong performance track record
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Knowledge and experience in Corporate Banking or Investment Banking / Leveraged Finance is preferred
- Prior banking experience working in DACH region
- Relevant transaction execution experience
