In this role, you will coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and operational excellence. You will manage account data, support contract implementation and maintenance, ensure adherence to timelines and processes, and contribute to delivering consistent, high-quality support. You will work closely with the Global Corporate and Strategic Accounts team to uphold contract terms, financial accuracy, and process efficiency across regions.
We are looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to look beyond existing rules to identify better ways of working. You will be involved in reporting, system automation, and ad hoc projects, so strong organizational skills, high accuracy, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory. Strong financial acumen and the ability to understand contract-driven financial impacts are a strong plus. Experience with RPA or automation tools is also a strong plus.

What You’ll DoContract & Customer ImplementationImplement terms and conditions for new key customer contracts across all IDEXX lines of business.
Manage membership structures across countries, including complex multi-site, multi-country onboarding.
Coordinate consolidated billing, pricing updates, rebate processing, invoice corrections, and other contract-driven requirements.
Support the rollout of customer structures in new markets and ensure accurate account setup across systems.
Maintain customer data, structures, and hierarchies across SAP and other platforms.
Ensure accuracy of contract terms, membership eligibility, and invoicing requirements.
Monitor and control discounts, rebates, and other financial elements tied to customer agreements.
Create and execute internal controls and SOPs to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
Partner closely with Corporate Account Management, FP&A, GBS, Customer Support, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
Act as a liaison with the finance departments of key customers.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and contribute to process redesign for scalability and improved customer satisfaction.
Support automation initiatives and the use of RPA to streamline recurring tasks.
Map processes, document best practices, and lead or support key operational projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong coordination and project management capabilities.
High accuracy and attention to detail when managing data and operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong performance under pressure with a solution-focused mindset.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory).
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret contract terms, pricing structures, and financial impacts (strong plus).
Advanced SAP knowledge.
Experience with robotic process automation (RPA).
LEAN or process improvement mindset is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in operations, finance, or customer support within a multinational or complex organization.
Familiarity with CRM, invoicing, or contract management systems is a plus.
Hybrid role: a minimum of 8 days per month in the office is required.
Occasional business travel as needed.
This role applies developed skills with moderate supervision and ability to resolve routine issues independently.
