First Advantage is looking for a Global Contract Specialist, APAC to manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of client and vendor contracts while serving as a trusted contractual advisor across our global organization.
Position SummaryAs the Global Contract Specialist, APAC, you will own the full contract lifecycle - from initial request through execution and distribution - ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and operational requirements. You will act as a key liaison between sales, procurement, legal, and global stakeholders, playing a critical role in enabling business growth across the region.
What You’ll Do- Act as a contractual subject matter expert, ensuring contract redlines and approvals align with business, operational, and regulatory requirements
- Manage and review standard agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete prior to execution
- Partner with sales and procurement to assemble required documentation for specialized services
- Support contract negotiations and serve as the liaison between sales/procurement, global operations, and legal—representing the company (with Legal) on client and vendor calls
- Draft routine contract language, manage SLAs, and support contractual documentation administration and renewals
- Maintain contract records and renewal reminders within the contract management system
- Deliver contract management training and refresher sessions to stakeholders
- Support strategic and company‑wide initiatives from a contract management perspective
- Provide support to corporate in‑house counsel
- Mentor and provide day‑to‑day guidance to entry‑level professionals
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support overall business performance
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed, multinational environment under tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of contract management principles, terms, and conditions
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or contract management tools
- Solutions‑driven, action‑oriented, adaptable, and detail‑focused
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Paralegal Certification is a plus)
- 3–5 years of corporate contracting experience, including at least 2 years supporting sales of services
- Hands‑on experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and SLAs
- Experience working in an international or multinational environment
- Normal office environment
- Individual Contributor role
