Contingent Workforce Strategy
- Develop & execute a global contingent workforce strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Establish standardized processes & governance models across regions while accommodating local market requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance talent availability, & optimize contingent labor spend.
Program Management
- Oversee end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle management, including requisition creation, sourcing, onboarding, extensions, conversions, & offboarding.
- Manage global contingent workforce programs across multiple countries & business functions.
- Monitor program performance through key metrics such as fill rates, cycle times, supplier performance, tenure management, & cost savings.
Vendor & MSP Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for MSPs, staffing suppliers, & outsourced partners.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews & implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Negotiate supplier agreements, rate cards, & service level agreements (SLAs).
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, Legal, & business leaders to understand workforce demands & provide strategic guidance.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, contingent labor best practices, & compliance considerations.
- Support workforce planning initiatives & talent pipelining strategies.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to country-specific labor laws, worker classification regulations, & company policies.
- Partner with Legal & Compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with contingent labor engagement.
- Maintain audit readiness & oversee contingent worker documentation & record management.
Systems & Analytics
- Manage & optimize VMS platforms & contingent workforce reporting capabilities.
- Analyze workforce data to provide insights on utilization, supplier effectiveness, diversity metrics, & spend management.
- Develop dashboards & executive reports to support decision-making.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in contingent workforce management, talent acquisition, procurement, or workforce solutions.
- Experience managing global contingent workforce programs across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of labor regulations, worker classification, & contingent hiring practices.
- Experience working with MSP models & VMS platforms such as:
