About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, culturally connected and creatively driven Global Content Marketing Assistant to support the Jameson Global team based in Dublin.
This is a fast-paced role sitting at the heart of Jameson’s global social and content ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have their finger firmly on the pulse of social culture and trends, a strong understanding of community management and content performance, a strong self starter and project manager with an ability to drive projects through end to end.
Working closely with global agencies, internal stakeholders and market teams around the world, this person will help manage and optimise Jameson’s global social presence while supporting wider communications, creator and partnership activity.
Key Responsibilities
Social & Community Management
- Manage daily community engagement across Jameson’s global social channels
- Schedule and publish global content across all social channels
- Track social conversations, trends and platform updates to identify engagement opportunities
- Support copy development and ensure all content reflects the Jameson tone of voice
- Analyse social and content performance, track key metrics and recommend improvements
Content & Creative Support
- Work with agencies and creators to develop engaging, culturally relevant drinks content
- Coordinate content calendars and manage asset delivery
- Source and consolidate Jameson Brand Ambassador content from global teams
- Support content shoots as needed
- Apply a strong creative eye while balancing brand and commercial priorities
Project Management & Team Support
- Provide key operational support to keep team projects and processes running smoothly
- Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced global environment
- Coordinate timelines, stakeholder approvals and asset management with strong attention to detail
- Support global creator collaborations and Drinks Creator partnerships as the role evolves
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
- Passion for social media, content culture and digital trends
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Confidence working cross-functionally with agencies, creators and global teams
- Creative mindset with an analytical approach to performance optimisation
- Proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and copywriting principles
Desirable
- Master’s degree in Digital Marketing
- Experience working with influencers or creators
- Interest in sports culture, particularly football
- Experience supporting content shoots or production
- Previous experience in FMCG, agency, lifestyle or drinks brands
