The Global Compensation Analyst is responsible for managing and executing global compensation structures. The role supports the development and maintenance of competitive, market-aligned compensation frameworks across regions, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with the company’s total rewards strategy.  The candidate selected for this position will have three primary responsibilities: Benchmarking & Survey Participation, Salary Structure Design, and Supporting the VP of Broad Based Compensation with Market Intelligence & Analytics.
 

What You’ll Do: 

 

Salary Structure Design

  • Lead the annual review and update of global salary structures based on market benchmarks.

  • Develop and maintain salary growth curves and grade progression models to ensure logical career and pay progression.

  • Define salary midpoints and range spreads aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy; strengthened by market data.

Compensation Advisory, Policy & Process

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.

  • Provide guidance on salary decisions, job evaluations, and pay positioning and ensuring accurate data delivery for internal requests.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Regional HR teams to support compensation-related initiatives.

  • Communicate complex compensation concepts in a clear and practical manner.

  • Ensure compliance with internal compensation policies and external market practices.

  • Continuously improve compensation processes, tools, and documentation.

Benchmarking & Survey Participation

  • Manage the vendor relationship  with external consultants, & be the administrator for our compensation platforms (BetterComp, Willis Towers Watson, AON Radford).

  • Analyze survey results and translate market data into actionable insights for compensation decisions.

  • Coordinate and ensure accurate date delivery for annual participation in global compensation and benefits surveys (e.g., WTW, Radford), including planning, data collection, validation, and submission.

What experience you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years experience working with Compensation Benchmarking, Salary Structure Design, &/or Data Analytics.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Previous experience integrating new compensation platforms (BetterComp a Plus!)

  • International Comp experience

  • Previous experience managing Benchmarks & Salary Structure Design.

  • Understanding of Job Evaluation Methodologies & Survey Methodologies used by Willis Towers Watson, & AON Radford.

  • Previous experience translating Market Intelligence into actionable insights.
