Global Communications Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for our next Marketing Communications Manager as we accelerate our growth journey.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement fully integrated marcom strategies, including product launches, lead generation, marketing collateral, trade shows, digital campaigns and social media
  • Create messaging and positioning to generate brand awareness
  • develop content for customer presentations, websites, collateral, and social media. 
  • Establish strong relationships with business, functional, and external partners to facilitate efficient marketing workflows that produce measurable ROI.
  • organization and clarity to marketing campaigns, while engaging a cross-functional team.
  • Drive accountability with consistent focus across all projects to ensure deadlines and budget are adhered to.

Duties & Responsibilities

This role will require a heavy focus on content development that will help position Brooks. The individual we are looking for must be a strong communicator and be able to develop consensus among a wide range of stakeholders. Develop and execute a cohesive content marketing strategy, with a hands-on approach. Develop and implement effective tools to achieve agreed upon goals and objectives that demonstrate our differentiation.  Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with our brand’s voice and goals. Evaluate and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies. Foster a strong market presence and develop brand loyalty through exceptional marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in field (marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field) with 10+ years of experience
  • Ability to quickly distill complex information into a compelling story and communicate to various audiences with an emphasis on value driven messaging
  • Experience working cross functionally in a matrixed environment
  • Experience in high tech or semiconductor a plus
