Help create a user-friendly complaint intake form for medical devices, working closely with our QA & Project Specialist.Analyze KPIs Like a Pro
Learn how to extract, evaluate, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) for our global affiliates.Drive Change
Get involved in change management initiatives that improve our global QA processes.Support Global Projects
Collaborate on cross-regional projects that impact our commercial affiliates worldwide.Dive into CAPA Data
Analyze Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Change Management in a global QA context
- KPI reporting and data visualization (Excel, Power BI)
- Complaint handling processes for medical devices
- Project coordination and cross-functional teamwork
- Problem-solving and process improvement techniques
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Bonus: Some experience in project management
