About The Role

Appier is seeking a Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) with at least 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources field, preferably Regional/Global HRBP for the business groups. The HRBP will support one major function globally, contributing to the organization's development and helping drive business growth. The role involves collaboration with global colleagues, leaders, and the entire HR team to align strategies and goals with Appier's overarching business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to functional leaders, providing guidance and support in developing and implementing organizational strategies that align with business goals.
  • Build strong working relationships with leaders and employees within the assigned function and provide timely, professional HR advice and guidance.
  • Partner with Market HRBPs in different geographical location, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Learning, as well as HR operations teams to enhance employee engagement and experience, talent management, and development.
  • Implement and execute key HR cycle activities, programs and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across the business and HR functions.
  • Provide strategic advice and hands-on management of complex employee relations cases including performance management, mitigating risk and maintaining trust.
  • Develop organizational strategies to bridge gaps between current capabilities and future business needs, enhancing performance.
  • Support cultural alignment and change management within the function, enabling managers to foster the desired workplace culture.
  • Improve employee experiences and engagement through innovative HR initiatives and effective consultation.
  • Utilize business acumen and ethical judgment to safeguard company values and assets, assess risks, and address issues proactively.
  • Support company-wide organization projects. Prepare people data and workforce analysis to drive business decisions and people strategy.

About You

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on business partnering
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills, ability in managing projects within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in using data to inform HR decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Prior experience supporting a regional or multi-country is a plus

Skills Required

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with strong focus on business partnering
  • Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience with HRIS
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in using data to inform HR decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of the organization
