Der Ziel dieser Position besteht darin, interne Mitarbeitende sowie Kund:innen dabei zu unterstützen, ihr Wissen über Discover, Retail Measurement und Consumer Panel Data zu erweitern und die Nutzung dieser Lösungen zu steigern, indem ansprechende, interaktive und praxisorientierte Lerninhalte entwickelt und vermittelt werden.
Die ideale Kandidatin bzw. der ideale Kandidat verfügt über Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Software-Schulungen sowie über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
Hauptaufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung sowie eigenverantwortliche Durchführung professioneller Trainings zu NIQ-Plattformen und Analysen für interne Mitarbeitende sowie lokale und globale Kund:innen
- Sicherstellen, dass alle Trainingsinhalte aktuell und relevant bleiben
- Identifikation von Bedarfen für neue Trainingscurricula sowie Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Schulungsprogramme und Materialien
- Aufbau und Pflege guter Arbeitsbeziehungen zu Spezialist:innen über verschiedene Organisationen und Länder hinweg
Wichtige Qualifikationen
- Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung softwarebezogener Schulungen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Retail Measurement Data sind zwingend erforderlich
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Gute Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
- Nachgewiesene Kompetenz in der Zusammenarbeit über verschiedene Kulturen hinweg ist von Vorteil
Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position liegt zwischen 53.400,00 und 67.000,00 €. Die konkrete Gehaltseinstufung richtet sich nach relevanter Berufserfahrung, Qualifikation, Kompetenzen und internen Vergütungsstrukturen. Wir fördern Gehaltstransparenz und Chancengleichheit und treffen Vergütungsentscheidungen ausschließlich auf Basis objektiver und geschlechtsneutraler Kriterien. Zusätzlich kann für diese Position eine variable Vergütung, beispielsweise in Form eines leistungs- oder vertriebsbezogenen Bonus, gewährt werden.
