Position Overview
We are looking for a collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, creating clarity in evolving environments, and working with colleagues across a global ecosystem. As part of the Global Channel Governance team, you will help support consistent operational practices by applying governance processes, Channel Framework requirements, company policies, and knowledge of relevant systems.
In this role, you will use sound judgment to identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement. You will develop practical guidance and documentation, support reporting and workflow enhancements, and partner with stakeholders across regions and functions to strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Apply Channel Framework requirements, company policies, and governance standards in day-to-day activities. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within assigned areas and existing processes and provide practical guidance that supports the evolving needs of the partner ecosystem
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities related to Channel Framework requirements and partner system enhancements, including participating in testing activities as needed
Assist with agreement-related governance activities across the channel partner ecosystem, particularly where partner agreements intersect with Channel Framework requirements, partner program policies, and audit expectations
Support and maintain governance activities within the Airtable Global Channel Framework, including audit tracking, compliance monitoring, documentation, and guidance related to audit documentation and approval requirements
Manage and maintain Atlassian site content and centralized team documentation to ensure governance information, policy updates, and operational processes remain accurate, current, and accessible
Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to support governance initiatives, operational consistency, and continuous improvement efforts
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in cross-functional collaboration, project coordination, or project management
Ability to analyse complex situations, identify practical solutions, and provide clear recommendations or guidance
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to clarity, accuracy, and detail
Experience using spreadsheets, reporting tools, or business systems to organize information and create reports, presentations, or insights that support business operations and governance activities
Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes, and apply new knowledge in a dynamic environment
Ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different regions, cultures, and time zones
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with reporting, CRM, workflow, or operational systems such as Power BI, Forma.ai, Salesforce (SFDC), Airtable, Atlassian products, or similar platforms
Experience in governance, compliance, operations, or related business functions
